Great Value Meal for less than 9 I bought something affordable for my income just 2 shrimp springrolls. Can’t complain because because spring rolls were good. Probably fill up on chips from 7-11 after.

This is a small authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Park City. The menu is simple but their Pho is excellent and they were very kind to lend us some bowls and spoons to eat at our Airbnb. If you’re looking for authentic Pho in Park city this is an excellent choice.

I had a drama to get my pho here. I went there with my bf after an hour walk then they said the pho was finished. Then the next day I went there again and they closed. But we never give up so we tried another next day and I was very happy get my PHO. This place really have a nice PHO in town, I'll never dissaPHOinted to come here again. I'll make an aPHOintment with my bf to have this special food.

Amazing Pho. We visit Park City every winter and PC Pho is a stable of our menu. Sometimes we dine in, but most often we will get a few bowls and then eat together as a family in a condo. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff are amazingly friendly. If you are looking for a tasty Vietnamese noodle soup and apps, this is your stop to visit.

Food was delicious. The bean sprouts and mint leaves meant for the Pho were super fresh. My kids loved the chicken fried rice. And my wife loved her shrimp noodle dish. Ambience is super basic, but it is still 10x better than sitting on a stool beside a busy road in Saigon. Will definitely be back. Enjoy the Pho that will warm u up after a day on the slopes!

If you’re looking for amazing pho, fried rice or any other Vietnamese specialties, you’ve got to try PC Pho!! My husband and I look forward to our ski trips so we can stop in for some delicious food! This is a little, no frills restaurant but you should definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great hole-in-the-wall type find. My husband and I came here because we had a craving for Pho, and we weren’t disappointed. He got the steak and meatball pho. The steak was cut super thin the way it’s supposed to be and the meatballs were super juicy. Both meats were full of flavor as was the broth. I got the C2, chicken pho with dark meat. What a joy! We’re from Texas, and our normal pho spots don’t offer this. It was such a pleasant surprise and oh so enjoyable. The dark meat of juicy and tender and even has some of the skin with it. The broth was flavorful. I ate my whole bowl. The atmosphere is what you expect of a little shop that’s not a chain. The main wall has a giant photo paper of a Vietnamese market. There’s about a dozen tables and a bar to choose from. It’s a bit tight, but worth it. Overall, we really liked it here. It’s not fancy, but it’s delicious and the staff is super sweet and friendly.
